1 Returns for Quality Issues or Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or does not match the original description, we will cover all return shipping costs. In this case, the customer must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
- Provide proof (photos of the defect, detailed description).
- Wait for approval from our customer service before returning the item.
Once the product is returned and inspected, we will offer either an exchange or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
2 Returns for Customer Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind
If the customer wants to return a product without any defect (for example, due to a change of mind), the following conditions apply:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and documents included.
- Once the return is validated, we will refund the product price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
3 Return Procedure
- Return request: The customer must contact our customer service before returning any product to receive approval and detailed instructions.
- Approval: We will review the request within 48 business hours and provide a return authorization number if applicable.
- Return shipping: The customer must send the product back to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection and refund: Once we receive the package, we will inspect the product. If everything is in order, a refund will be issued within 7 business days, using the original payment method.
4 Exceptions and Exclusions
- Personalized, hygiene-sealed, or perishable items are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Any product returned without prior approval or missing components may be refused or partially refunded.
- If a product is damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, a deduction may be applied to the refund.
